Chef Boyardee House Party

I was chosen last year to host a Chef Boyardee house party. I just found the pictures from my camera and FB. I made several quick and easy recipes using cans of Chef Boyardee and the kids loved helping me mix it all up and eat it!
Quick and Easy Chef Boyardee Lasagna
( I left out the spinach cause Savannah doesnt like green stuff :) PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray 1 cup frozen loose cut leaf spinach 2 cans (15 oz each) Chef Boyardee® Beef Ravioli 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained well 1-1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning 1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese Directions Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray 8x8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place spinach in microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH 2 minutes; squeeze spinach dry. Combine ravioli, drained tomatoes and Italian seasoning in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture is hot. Combine cottage cheese, spinach and black pepper in small bowl. Place half of ravioli mixture in bottom of baking dish. Top with half of cottage cheese mixture and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Cook's Tip Involve the kids with the preparation. They can stir together the cottage cheese mixture and help layer the ingredients in the dish. Trying to please a picky eater? Substitute the spinach with another vegetable the family enjoys. You also could place all of the spinach mixture between the layers of ravioli or leave the spinach out completely.

More FREE RX Glasses

I love all of my free glasses from Coastal Contacts, (just paid shipping of $12.95) but I am so excited to say I just recently found a new sight (pun intended) FIRMOO.com. Shipping is just $6.95 and first time buyers get the frames and RX lenses for FREE! http://www.firmoo.com/free-glasses.html I ordered a pair from them once before, the shipping was fast, and the frames were great. The only problem was my lenses were not my RX and I never wore them. It may have been an error on my part. I never went back to check if I put in the correct prescription in the correct blank on the forms. Either way I am excited to be trying again because I can always take the frames to walmart and for around $35 have the correct lenses put in. It was so hard to pick out a set of frames because there are so many cute funky ones to choose from! I even applied to do a review on this blog so maybe I will get another free pair since it was so hard to decide which ones i wanted. In a few days or weeks I will be getting these: http://www.firmoo.com/eyeglasses-p-1729.html Arent they the funkiest! Then hopefully I will get approved to do the review and they will send me these: http://www.firmoo.com/eyeglasses-p-1755.html I will keep yall posted!
